FORMER - 9 Workout Programs
XFORMER has 9 work programmes divided into different categories, to cover all areas concerned. It therefore addresses everyone’s needs, from those who habitually practice sport to those who simply want to keep in good physical shape, from those who want to resolve problems such as muscular contraction to those who need to strengthen certain areas after a period of inactivity.
XFORMER is completely safe to use and is an important piece of equipment for the general toning and shaping of gluteus muscles, legs, internal and external thigh muscles, abdominals and back and arms, helping to improve strength, power, muscular hypotrophy, resistance and endurance. 1. Model & 2. Tone |
Train the different muscle groups in an analytical way, specific muscle groups can be toned up and modelled, such as: buttocks, legs, inside and outside of thighs, abdominal muscles, trunk and arms. |
3. Mass |
Develops power and helps increase muscle mass. |
4. Lipo |
Gets rid of waste substances that tend to intoxicate cells (catabolites), thereby favouring liquid retention, by means of the trophic and capillarising action of the specifically used frequencies. |

8. Deco |
Expressly conceived to decontract and relax the muscles (eg. cervical area, upper trapezium and muscle alongside the spine). The DECO program acts on the contracted areas of the body and improves blood flow. It also relaxes taut and stiff muscles and facilitates the quick neuro-muscular re-adaptation of the area. |
9. M-Strength |
Specific for strengthening muscles, especially the para-vertebral and latissimus dorsi. |
