The Chinese New Year is almost over, have you been overeating for the past weeks?

If yes,  it is better to realize the problem now than later.

Obesity is not about being overweight, it is defined as an excess of body fat. And being excessively overweight can lead to serious health problems and fatal diseases.  Now, let’s look at some of the possible risks:

1. Heart disease and stroke
2. Diabetes
3. High blood pressure
4. Liver disease
5. Cancer
6. Gout
7. Sleep apnea
