Breast Liposuction

September 19th, 2007

Breast Liposuction, Does It Worth The Cost? Before getting your breast liposuction done, it is important to carefully interview and learn the qualifications of the surgeon. In fact, this goes the same to all other surgeries. A qualified surgeon will answer any and all questions, which of course includes the risks and complications, prior to the surgery being performed. Never ever accept blind assurances, always ask for references and check with them.

Breast liposuction can be very expensive. Surgical fees can run from anything between $3,000 to $5,000 for men and $3,000 to $7,500 for women. Don’t go for bargains, a lower price up front can always lead to higher prices (in both health and currency) in the end. Other related fees also include the hospital stay, the pharmacy, pre- and post-operative costs, and other considerations that may not be covered by insurance. Always be careful of surgeons offering discounts, there is an obvious reason if they are not busy in their business, which means, they might not have the expertise you are looking for.

Abdomen Liposuction

September 13th, 2007

Some people think that liposuction on the neck and face is the most common form of liposuction surgery done. However, if you study the statistics, you will find that the most common liposuction surgery is actually abdomen liposuction. Of course, this statistics makes sense as it is equally hard for both men and women to keep fat off from the middle once they cross the age of 40. On top of that, the exercises required to keep the tummy fit are time and energy consuming, which explains the reason of why most people go for the short-cut, abdomen liposuction.

Benefits of Abdomen Liposuction

So far, liposuction is considered as a very safe method of removing fat from the majority areas of the body. Among all other types of cosmetics, it is fast, simple, and the least invasive method to lose fats. The ‘feel-good’ feeling that it brings to others is one of the major benefits of abdomen liposuction. Seeing yourself in the mirror and like the image reflected is one of the keys to build self-confidence in a person today, it is even more so when your outlook is everything.

Besides feeling good, the other benefits as well. It is proven through many research studies that the fat around the middle will cause potential risks such as heart problems (through cholesterol), liver problems, and also diabetes. Plastic Surgery that Kills

July 9th, 2007

Plastic surgery is no longer a new topic, but it has been a most-talked topic at all seasons. Before the technologies advanced, there have been many cases of death caused by the awful plastic surgery. As such, I stumbled upon this news that happened back in 24th October 2005.

Many women have gone to extra miles to search for eternal beauty in vain, but many of them did not understand the complications of the plastic surgery they were going through, as a result, some have suffered the fatal consequences.

The death of Stella Obasanjo, the wife of the President of Nigeria, after cosmetic surgery at a clinic on the Costa del Sol was being investigated last night after a post-mortem examination.

The clinic refused to specify the procedure that she had undergone, but press reports in Spain, quoting sources close to the Nigerian presidency, said that Mrs Obasanjo, 59, had died from complications that arose from cosmetic surgery to reduce body fat. The Nigerian Embassy in Madrid told The Times that President Obasanjo would decide if any details would be made public. A spokesman confirmed that a Spanish court had been notified of the unusual circumstances surrounding her death.

Although this is only one of the hundreds of cases reported, and many left covered, but it’s best for us to understand the ugly side of plastic surgery. Before jumping into a surgery, we should look for other alternatives for slimming or to reduce body fats. As such, we have a dedicated slimming belt, TUA 360°and XFORMER to combat body fat.
